She was trained as a 7 Habits facilitator by Dr. Dee Groberg last October 1992. Since then, she has facilitated 7 Habits (Leadership I) workshops for business and education groups. She also assists in coaching during 7 Habits Facilitator Training workshops. Tessa is involved in marketing and organizing 7 Habits programs for corporate and special events related to the 7 Habits. She has been organizing Facilitator Renewal and Facilitation Enhancement Sessions to give facilitators an opportunity to sharpen the saw. She also conducts Franklin Covey’s What Matters Most (a time or life management program) workshops and was trained abroad to facilitate Project Management and Helping Clients’ Succeed (a sales performance workshop). She also teaches at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
For years, she had been handling group training and development programs for people in Business and Educational groups. Tessa had handled various programs on Self-awareness, Effectiveness Communication, Values Clarification, Teambuilding and Work Attitude.
Tessa has had experience in handling play therapy sessions for children with behavior problems and in teaching pre-school children. She had been conducting psychological testing and comprehensive evaluation for managers, supervisors, teachers, school personnel and children.
She graduated B.S. Psychology in the University of San Carlos, Cebu City as Magna Cum Laude (1983) and an M.A. candidate in Child and Family Development Psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University. She was a recipient of a Scholarship in the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences of the Ateneo de Manila University.
Tessa is married to Joseph Mendoza with whom she has a daughter.
